Julio Evangelista is a dedicated and accomplished sales professional. His determination to go above and beyond to serve his clients, always putting the customer’s interest first, has permitted him to win top 50 sales person of the year award for 2016 and 2017. His passion for helping others and love for real estate was the motivating force that lead him to this amazing and rewarding career. He moved to Texas in the late 90s, while he was serving in the United States ARMY, in Fort Hood. After serving in the military, Julio spent the next twelve years in the semiconductor industry as a Buyer/Planner. Julio is a proud husband and dad, who enjoys spending time with his family traveling, visiting small towns, and site seeing through his favorite part of Texas, our beautiful hill country. It is in those little things that makes it all worthy. His philosophy to live by: Give positive attitude to the universe, and you will get positivity back, treat other as you would like to be treated, and trust your instinct.
